Schedule variance（SV，进度偏差）：项目管理与挣值管理（EVM）中的指标，用来衡量实际进度相对于计划进度的偏差。常见计算方式为：
SV = EV（挣值）− PV（计划值）

• SV > 0：进度超前
• SV < 0：进度落后
  （在EVM语境中，SV以“价值/成本单位”表示进度偏差；在日常管理中也可泛指“工期偏差”。）
